The Spring Equinox Soup Day that took place on Friday, March 21 was a great success!

Thanks to the efforts of local glass artist Michael Barley and Lori Bernstein of Froggy Bottoms Pottery, two amazing people who made  over 170 beautiful hand-thrown soup bowls and delicious soups generously provided by Bobi, Tiara, Margaret and Julie, Brian and Efra - and the energy put forth by many people who painted the bowls, and volunteers who helped make the event happen - and folks who came in to experience the Soup Day this last friday, the event was a  success and brought in $2000!!!   This money will go a long way in helping us pay off our NEW ESPRESSO MACHINE! Did you know? We’ve got a new one - the old machine (bless it’s rusty heart) finally died, after many years of faithful service and many many hours of just about everyone trying to fix it…. Anyway, please check back for more updates - this year is gearing up to be an event-packed wild adventure! The Boiler Room loves you!
