Numbers from accountant don't appear to be correct; will be checked and reported on in October
$7,736 in savings; (please send me number that goes here) in checking
Clarity has been charging us for 15 hours a month, while only doing 10.5 hours (not including EXTRA hours for budgeting)
Bookkeeping topic referred to Finance Committee; report back in October
City grant turned in--accepted, but told to "look for other sources." Community Network says something similar.
However, City has money coming available in April and is making their budget now--would like Board to make presentation during public comment period.
Possible amended proposal now?

BUILDING:
Still standing.
Sign up, but not quite finished. Still needs inspection. Looks good.
Basement cleaned up; trips to dump made.
Will be doing a kitchen remodel.

MANAGER:
Everything's swell.
Many applications, no actual volunteers.
Need brainstorming session for getting and keeping volunteers.
"Need to promote volunteer culture." Chauncey
Volunteer Relations Committee formed: Chauncey, Catska, Evan, Ahren, Steve, Jason, Amy
Non-Violent Communications is not an anger management class. Jason, Gigi and Ahren are learning about feelings, and how to separate fact from emotion.
Jason inherited Scott's messed up deposit and spreadsheet system--working to make it easier.

POLICIES COMMITTEE:
Working on answering question: When do we decide we're going to restrict someone from the Boiler Room? How do we go about that?
Starting incident log.
Working on gas reimbursement policy.
Andrew volunteers to join the policies committee.

OTHER BUSINESS:
Neighbor relations are relative.
Jason will be power washing the sidewalks, possibly some other things.
Cannery Building owners are not unhappy with us---Yay!
Mary suggests a self-defense class be offered for girls by the Boiler Room.
