January and February meeting minutes approved
April minutes approved with additions of address and titles

BUILDING:
Steve maintaining maitnance
Everybody needs new keys
Sign on hold until after June 21st

MANAGER REPORT:
Volunteers are over-volunteering, need new policy for number of shifts in a row, number of shifts per week
More communication needed regarding shopping
Piano was tuned

INTERNS:
Phoebe read letter from Girl Sam
Four internships are up in June
The interns would like to extend internships to potential nine month positions with three month check-in periods
Concern with interns doing full regular jobs before embarking on special projects
Interns need mentors to be interns, not just typical employees
Internships can be extended to nine months if the intern in question gives a presentation to the board of directors at their six month date

FINANCE:
Gigi has signed title!  Yay!!!!
Will pay $100,000 plus money raised at auction toward building
Super low on funds
Took $3000 out of savings account to pay for title transfer expenses, leaving a little over $7000 in the account

FUNDRAISERS:
Fliers! Hand 'em out!
Ad will be in the leader
Tickets for auction are for sale at the BR and at Quimper Sound
Forms due in by May 31 for auction items
