5:00pm What do we ring a breve up as? -Latte plus ½ and ½. Don't overcharge Bruce!!// Gwen leaves the BR looking great.// If you want to work events-SIGN UP!!// Circuit blown!! If you don't hear hum of frig always check. Never use microwave and oven at the same time.// Always check locks!! Think of this place as your home.// The espresso machine is purrrring.// The egg issue- are ours contaminated?!// Kitty leaves for school this week -too sad.// R makes Kitty write an awesome poem.// Paul got picked up and police came to get his stuff.// Poetry all over the place.// Tobias takes quick trip to Canada.// Alex brings pineapple gingerbread cake.// Laura and Collin both no call/ no show. Very LAME// Beans are for Food Not Bombs -don't touch.// Bar's powerful espresso shot broke a shot glass.// Steve helped with fixing coffee machine... thank you!!// Great hip hop show this week but nobody showed up.// G.A.I.A ( Global Alliance of Insurgent Artists) // Battle of the Bands Postponed.// It's great when pens work.

5:15pm Marla: Walk for Alzheimer's- Great PR for Boiler Kids!! 9am @ PT Brewery on Sept. 11... we will make our own shirts!!// Food Drive still on till end of the month!!!!!!// Cooking Class!!
5:20pm Tobias- Shows this week “ABA & the Maples”and “Kate Isenburg” on Thursday @ 8pm// “Brian Minus and the Disconnect” and “Maps of Fire” on Saturday @ 8:30pm// Poetry Scream @ 8pm on Friday!! //We now have ways to make DVD's
5:25pm Dawn: Rewards drawing goes to Marla!!// Zine Printed!!!! Classified ads for $1 a spot to fund printing. Contribute if you feel inspired!
5:30pm Jazzy: Will train anyone with questions ~ schedule on Mondays!!!// Espresso machine deep cleaned!!! Don't tamp too hard!!

5:30pm Tiffany- Wooden Boat School Festival needs volunteers// Film Festival needs volunteers// Come up with the “Chetze- mocha” drink.

Board Report
5:32pm Steve- Application period for Management position is over and the committee will choose someone soon.
5:33pm Bruce: Shore Bank Cascadia just got taken over by the Feds. Another bank with a similar name is familiar with the Boiler Room. Disaster averted.
5:34pm Corey: Sept. 13th @ 3pm we may get some press for the BR for Block Clean Up and a Pot Luck @ the Boiler Room hosted by Catska and Corey to follow. (Italian theme !!)

Community Issues
5:45pm They want to put a trash incinerator in the Paper Mill... the effort is to generate electricity and lower the amount of particulate in the environment. The BR can function to educate the community on how it all works. Marla will talk to her connections at the Mill.
